Richard was previously a founding partner of M3 Agency and was the UK Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE.
With more than 25 years’ experience of the UK Industrial and Logistics markets he has credibility with owners and operators within the sector. He has accrued an in-depth market understanding and awareness of current issues facing owner and tenant requirements.
Richard has transacted over £3 bn of disposals and acquisitions within the last 5 years.
Ed specialises in portfolio, single and multi-let investment acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector, acting for a diverse range of clients from UK Institutions, Councils, REITs, Private Clients and Overseas Investors.
Previously at CBRE as a Director in the National Capital Markets Team, Ed has over 12 years market experience and in the five years prior to joining M1, Ed transacted over £1bn of investments and development fundings, playing a key role in high profile sale and leaseback disposals for major corporates.
Stuart has worked in the UK and European Property market for over 25 years, with a focus on Industrial and Business Space Investment and Portfolio acquisitions, transacting in excess of £2.8bn mostly over the last 5 years. Principle transactions during this time have included Lone Star’s c£1 billion acquisition of Moorfield’s MREF & MREFII Funds, Segro/Moorfield’s £350m JV acquisition of the UKLF distribution portfolio and more recently the sale of RD Park, Hoddesdon to M&G for £145m and acquisition of the R32 portfolio for Blackstone/M7 for £100m.
Stuart acts for a wide range of Institutional and Private Equity Funds, Property Companies and Developers.
Myles was a Partner in Gerald Eve’s Birmingham office and has more than 15 years’ experience in the industrial market with particular focuses in the disposal and acquisition of industrial properties and development land.
Richard has 30 years’ experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector, providing disposal (sales and leasing), acquisition, and development advice to a range of leading UK developers, Institutions, and international corporate clients.
Richard spent 15 years at Gerald Eve prior joining M1, heading up the Birmingham office and leading the ‘National Industrial and Logistics Team’ and ‘Prime Logistics’ research.
Jonjo joined M1 in February 2020.
With over 18 years experience in the commercial property market, Jonjo was previously responsible for development & industrial agency and specialised in development land, finance, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and has worked with regional UK offices and European teams. Jonjo also has a focus on specialist sectors, Receiver, development remediation, Parcel sectors, 3PL’s, refrigerated occupiers, relocation, self-storage, data centres and disaster recovery.
Will joined M1 Agency in 2017. He advises institutional and property company clients on all aspects of the UK industrial market and has been involved in a broad range of distribution, multi-let and portfolio transactions.
Out of work Will likes to pursue equestrian activities and is a keen supporter of Leicester Tigers.
Will joined M1 Agency in January 2017. He works in the investment team focussing on a range of capital market portfolio, single and multi-let acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector acting for a diverse range of clients.
Originally from Cambridge, Will is a keen sportsman with a particular interest in Rugby and Golf.
James, previously a Director at JLL Nottingham, specialising in commercial agency and development services with a focus on disposal, acquisition and development services. James specialises in providing advice to landlords, occupiers and developers across the commercial agency sectors.
Matthew was previously Lead Director of JLL’s Nottingham office with over 20 years experience in commercial property agency, he advises on a broad range of industrial and office developments, with a proven track record in delivering pre-lets and occupiers to schemes. Matthew has specialist experience in mixed use city centre and urban extensions, identifying marketing strategies and creating development partnerships to facilitate delivery of major offices, industrial, student and residential schemes.
