Andy started his career in 2004 at King Sturge in Birmingham. In 2010 he was recruited by Knight Frank in London, where he was made Partner in 2014.

Andy specialises in providing advice to occupiers, developers and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of buildings.

Brook joined M1 in 2019. He works on a range of investment and development disposals, acquisitions and funding across the UK industrial sector.

Prior to joining M1, Brook worked at Jackson Criss in their Capital Markets team.

Chloe supports the partners and wider team in the smooth running of M1’s operations, overseeing day-to-day office management and executive support.

Ed joined M1 in June 2026 and supports the agency and investment teams after completing his Property Finance and Investment Degree at Nottingham Trent University.

Ed specialises in portfolio, single and multi-let investment acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector, acting for a diverse range of clients from UK institutions, councils, REITs, private clients and overseas investors.

Previously at CBRE as a Director in the National Capital Markets Team, Ed has over 17 years’ market experience and in the five years prior to joining M1, Ed transacted over £1bn of investments and development funding transactions, playing a key role in high-profile sale and leaseback disposals for major corporates.

James works in our capital markets team and specialises in providing investment and funding advice to a broad cross-section of clients, working closely with institutional funds, property companies, REITs and private equity investors.

James has extensive experience and a deep understanding of the UK investment market. He began his career at DTZ in 1999, moving to Savills in 2012 as Head of Industrial Investment before joining M1 in November 2017.

Joe joined M1 in June 2025 as part of the Occupational Agency team in London after completing his Real Estate degree at Oxford Brookes University. He is currently working towards his APC qualification and assists both clients and occupiers on acquisitions and disposals across a range of sites throughout the South East.

Jonjo began his career at Weatherall Green & Smith before progressing to become Head of Logistics at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the commercial property market, Jonjo has extensive expertise across development and industrial agency, specialising in development land, finance, leasing, sales and acquisitions. He has worked closely with regional UK offices as well as European teams, delivering strategic advice across a broad range of sectors.

Jonjo also has significant experience in specialist markets, including receivership, development remediation, parcel distribution, 3PL operators, refrigerated occupiers, relocation, self-storage, data centres and disaster recovery.

Patrick has over 15 years’ experience in the UK industrial and logistics sector, with a strong track record across both the multi-let and logistics investment markets.

He has been with M1 Agency since its inception in 2016, having previously worked within the National Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team at CBRE.

He works with a wide range of clients, including institutions, property companies and private equity firms, providing strategic advice on both investment acquisition and disposal opportunities nationwide.

Sophie joined M1 in March 2022 as part of the agency team focusing on disposals and acquisitions across the South East industrial and logistics sector.

Prior to M1, Sophie worked at Houston Lawrence in the agency team for three years based in SW London and acted for numerous property companies throughout the South East.

Tom joined M1 in May 2025 after completing a Real Estate Degree at Northumbria University. Tom assists with investment acquisitions and disposals, as well as occupational disposals, while working towards his APC qualification.

Will joined M1 Agency in January 2017. He works in the investment team focussing on a range of capital market portfolio, single and multi-let acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector acting for a diverse range of clients.
