Capital Industrial, advised by M1 Agency have acquired a terrace of industrial units in Battersea from a private investor.

Capital Industrial expanded its London portfolio with the acquisition of Units 1–3 at 15 Havelock Terrace in Battersea, a well-positioned industrial estate close to the wider Battersea regeneration area and the Northern Line extension. The scheme comprises three industrial units featuring roller shutter access, front loading yards and strong connectivity to Central London.

The property totals more than 16,000 sq ft and was occupied by automotive tenants including Fiat and Inchcape at the time of acquisition. Its location within one of London’s fastest-evolving urban districts highlights the growing demand for strategically located industrial and last-mile logistics space in the capital.

Havelock Terrace benefits from proximity to Battersea Power Station and major transport links, making it an attractive site for industrial occupiers seeking access to dense consumer and business markets. The acquisition reflects continued investor confidence in urban logistics and multi-let industrial assets across London.
