Andy Hall

Equity Partner

Andy started his career in 2004 at King Sturge in Birmingham. In 2010 he was recruited by Knight Frank in London, where he was made Partner in 2014.

Andy specialises in providing advice to occupiers, developers and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of buildings

James Williams

Equity Partner

James began his career at DTZ in 1999, moving to Savills in 2012 as Head of Industrial Investment before joining M1 in November 2017.

James has over 20 years’ experience in the investment market specialising in industrial and logistics property, working closely with institutions, property companies and private equity funds.

Jonjo Lyles

Equity Partner

Jonjo joined M1 in February 2020.
With over 20 years experience in the commercial property market, Jonjo was previously responsible for development & industrial agency and specialised in development land, finance, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and has worked with regional UK offices and European teams. Jonjo also has a focus on specialist sectors, Receiver, development remediation, Parcel sectors, 3PL’s, refrigerated occupiers, relocation, self-storage, data centres and disaster recovery.

Patrick Windle

Equity Partner

Patrick previously worked at CBRE in their Industrial Capital Markets team.

He specialises in investment brokerage, advising on sales and acquisitions of both Logistics and Multi-let assets, as well as development funding transactions.

Ed Spooner

Equity Partner

Ed specialises in portfolio, single and multi-let investment acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector, acting for a diverse range of clients from UK Institutions, Councils, REITs, Private Clients and Overseas Investors.

Previously at CBRE as a Director in the National Capital Markets Team, Ed has over 17 years market experience and in the five years prior to joining M1, Ed transacted over £1bn of investments and development fundings, playing a key role in high profile sale and leaseback disposals for major corporates.

Brook Wannop

Partner

Brook joined M1 in 2019. He works on a range of investment and development disposals, acquisitions and funding across the UK industrial sector.

Prior to joining M1, Brook worked at Jackson Criss in their Capital Markets team.

Georgina Thompson

Partner

Georgina provides disposal, acquisition and development advice to a range of clients in the UK, together with strategic advice on Lease Consultancy matters.

Georgina previously worked at Gerald Eve for over 4 years specialising in the Industrial & Logistics sector.

Kayleigh Mason

Associate

Kayleigh provides disposal, acquisition and development advice to a range of clients in the UK, together with strategic advice on Lease Consultancy matters.

Kayleigh joins from St Modwen where she was a Senior Development and Leasing Manager. Prior to that Kayleigh was an industrial agent at BNP Paribas Real Estate bringing 12 years experience working on large logistics sites and strategic land.

Henry Watson

Partner

Henry joined the M1 team in 2019. Prior to joining he worked for Colliers International.

For over 10 years, Henry has specialised in providing advice to occupiers, developers and landlords in the acquisition and disposal of buildings across the UK and Europe, along with land acquisitions and development funding. Henry`s extensive network and deep understanding of the market dynamics has enabled him to play a pivotal part across a number of diverse transactions on both an acquisition and disposal basis.

Will Bishop

Partner

Will joined M1 Agency in 2017.  He advises institutional and property company clients on all aspects of the UK industrial market and has been involved in a broad range of distribution, multi-let and portfolio transactions.

Out of work Will likes to pursue equestrian activities and is a keen supporter of Leicester Tigers.

Will McGahey

Partner

Will joined M1 Agency in January 2017. He works in the investment team focussing on a range of capital market portfolio, single and multi-let acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial sector acting for a diverse range of clients.

Originally from Cambridge, Will is a keen sportsman with a particular interest in Rugby and Golf.

James, previously a Director at JLL Nottingham, specialising in commercial agency and development services with a focus on disposal, acquisition and development services. James specialises in providing advice to landlords, occupiers and developers across the commercial agency sectors.

Matthew Smith

Partner

Matthew was previously Lead Director of JLL’s Nottingham office with over 20 years experience in commercial property agency, he advises on a broad range of industrial and office developments, with a proven track record in delivering pre-lets and occupiers to schemes. Matthew has specialist experience in mixed use city centre and urban extensions, identifying marketing strategies and creating development partnerships to facilitate delivery of major offices, industrial, student and residential schemes.

Toby Wilson

Toby specialises in commercial agency focusing on disposal and acquisition services, principally across the industrial & logistics and office sectors.

Sophie Cordery

Associate

Sophie joined M1 in March 2022 as part of the agency team focusing on disposals and acquisitions across the South East industrial and logistics sector.

Prior to M1, Sophie worked at Houston Lawrence in the agency team for three years based in SW London and acted for numerous property companies throughout the South East.

Josh Brown

Graduate Surveyor

Josh joins M1 Agency from roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, and more recently Burley Browne where he gained experience in a variety of sectors in the West Midlands. He joins the Birmingham office where he will assist the team on industrial / logistics instructions across the Midlands and North West. M1 Agency will support him through his APC to becoming a qualified chartered surveyor.
